This piece was commissioned for the Nov 2020 issue of Bulletin Magazine (an industry magazine for Speech and Language Therapists), for an article about integrating Dysphagia (swallowing disorder) teaching into a university-level training course.
Inspiration
The illustration shows the same student in three different modes of training, based on the types described in the article: home based; classroom learning and supervised practice on hospital wards with patients.
